


The result I get, even after right-clicking on Cover Page out of the list achieved using the F11 key, is that even if "Header" is unchecked for cover page and checked for Default, I still get a header on all the pages, including the Cover Page. to create a "Cover Page" for each document followed by the insertion of a "Default" page. I've found numerous instructions for this - i.e.

I continue to have problems with Open Office with the simple procedure of getting the first page of any letter or piece of writing to be different from those which follow.
